Congratulations! If you have just given birth, whether it is baby no 1, no 2, no 3 (or more!), it is a very special time. It is also a time to look after yourself, to make sure you are in the best possible health to look after your little one.
FITNESS FOR MUMMIES is a fun exercise class designed specifically for post natal mums, to help you to regain your shape, strength and fitness, and with a big focus on posture and working those all-important abdominal and back muscles.
No need for a babysitter as baby comes too, he/she can stay in the buggy or car seat, or play in the play area, or if you prefer you can have baby beside you. It‘s best if you feed your baby before exercising; but there’s no problem if you find you need to feed during the class.
When attending an exercise class please wear loose comfortable clothes, a good supportive bra, and trainers. For more information on post natal exercise please go to the fitness information page or contact me if you have any queries.
In conjunction with Positive Balance we offer 1-1 Personal Training sessions in your home or a park, please see personal training page for more information.
I also teach an evening class for those of you that have returned to work or simply wish to escape the kids in the evening. Please see the classes page for more detail.
Please call Vicky on 0771 2051208 before attending your first class to check availability.
I look forward to meeting you and your little one!
